I selected a branch location. Why am I getting an error message?

If you receive an error message stating “There was an error selecting your branch” when choosing your location during onboarding in the JobStack App, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Profile Information: Ensure you’ve fully completed your profile details, including critical information such as your Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth, and any other required fields. You can locate these details in your welcome email from PeopleReady.
  2. Contact Your Branch: If neither of these solutions resolves your issue, please don’t hesitate to contact your local PeopleReady branch directly. Provide details of the error and your attempted steps. A team member will assist you further.
