What if I lose or damage my Wisely pay card?

If your pay card is lost, stolen or damaged, please follow these steps: 

  1. Call Wisely Member Services at 866.407.9482 to request to cancel your card. Any funds on your card will be sent to your address on file via check.
  2. Once your card has been canceled, please self-enroll for a new card here.
