What if I lose or damage my Wisely pay card?
If your pay card is lost, stolen or damaged, please follow these steps:
- Call Wisely Member Services at 866.407.9482 to request to cancel your card. Any funds on your card will be sent to your address on file via check.
- Once your card has been canceled, please self-enroll for a new card here.
