What qualifies as an attendance incident?

Attendance incidents include: 

  • Incomplete shifts
  • Excessive cancellations
  • No call no shows
  • Absences
  • Late call offs

NOTE: Excessive cancellations, which is defined as 3 cancellations in a 30-day period, will result in an attendance incident.
